Denise Riches serves as the Marketing Coordinator at the Conceptual Design and Planning Company since December 2012, where responsibilities include leading the RFQ/SOQ process, developing presentations, and managing marketing materials and information systems. Previously, Denise held the position of Contract Administrator, overseeing proposals and contracts for various development projects. Concurrently, Denise has been an artist at DeniseRichesArt.com since 2009, specializing in contemporary abstract landscape art. Prior to 2012, Denise operated as an independent contractor, providing writing, design, and production services for a range of clients. Denise holds an Associate of Arts degree in Interior Design from Saddleback College, earned between 1990 and 1994.
