Meredith Lane

Meredith Lane serves as a Strategic Talent Partner at Concero starting June 2025 and is a Founding Member of Talent Collective in Charlotte, NC, aimed at empowering women in talent acquisition. Previously, Meredith held the position of Global Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at DoiT International from January 2021 to June 2025, where responsibilities included managing a team of recruiters, championing diversity initiatives, and enhancing talent processes. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Partner at Cloudreach, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at UDig, and Corporate Recruiter at Capital One, among others. Meredith holds a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism with an emphasis in Sports Broadcasting from The University of Alabama.
