Jenna McLosky

Jenna McLosky has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jenna currently holds the role of VP, Content Operations at Concert Genetics since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at InformedDNA where they held various positions. Jenna was the Director, Technical Operations from October 2012 to December 2022, responsible for streamlining the technology stack and developing vendor management processes. Jenna then became the Director, Clinical Decision Support from November 2017 to September 2022, leading a team and overseeing an agile transformation to improve the clinical decision support system. Before that, they served as the Lead Engineer, Clinical Decision Support from November 2016 to November 2017. Jenna played a significant role in designing and launching a clinical decision support system. Jenna also worked as a Content/Knowledge Base Manager from November 2015 to November 2016, ensuring data integrity and adherence to quality standards. Jenna's earlier role in InformedDNA was as a Product Owner, InheritedHealth, from November 2014 to November 2016, where they created a successful direct-to-consumer tool. Prior to their time at InformedDNA, Jenna worked as a Clinical Genetic Counselor/Senior Genetic Analyst at various companies, including Michigan Department of Health & Human Services from 2013 to 2015, where they oversaw cancer genomics grants and developed genetic testing coverage policies. Jenna also worked at Henry Ford Health System as a Clinical Genetic Counselor from 2006 to 2009.

Jenna McLosky holds a Master of Science degree in Medical Genetics from the University of Cincinnati, which they earned from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology from Valparaiso University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Jenna McLosky has also acquired certifications as a Genetic Counselor from the American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC) and the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.
