Stuart Cripps is currently the Head Of Client Services and Training Manager at Concerto - Integrated Software Solutions, where Stuart created a training department and developed online help documentation, user guides, and training videos for their software package. Prior to that, Stuart worked as a Senior System Trainer/Account Manager at Innings Telecommunications Ltd (ITEL UK), providing systems and software training to BT business customers. Additionally, Stuart has experience as a Product Trainer at Ricoh UK. Stuart has received education from various institutions, including SPOCE E-learning and the University of Chester.
