Under Krystal’s leadership, Concierge has been highly recognized for its cutting-edge marketing. Recent accolades include seven Telly Awards for its films; 13 awards including “Best in Show” for advertising and public relations from the National Auctioneers Association and USA Today; “Best Overall Marketing” from Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate; and placement on Inc. Prior to joining Concierge Auctions, Krystal was an account manager for Kailo Communications, editor of a Business Journal publication, and owner/operator of three award-winning restaurants alongside her husband and chef, Christopher Aeby. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Baylor University.
