Stepan Breedveld

Stepan Breedveld is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and governance across various sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Conclusion since July 2019 and as Chief Executive Officer at ERIKS until January 2025, Breedveld has played a significant role in the international industrial services field, contributing to ERIKS' growth in 17 countries. Previous positions include Senior Partner and Managing Director at The Boston Consulting Group, where Breedveld worked from 2018 to 2020, and a member of the Supervisory Board at Nederlands Dans Theater from January 2015 to January 2022. Additional roles include serving on the Supervisory Board for Deen Supermarkten and as an Advisory Board Member for Right To Play. Breedveld's educational background includes a Master's degree in Physics and Astronomy from Delft University of Technology and a Master's degree in Business Economics from KU Leuven.
