William van der Pijl

William van der Pijl has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. William started their career in project management roles at the Royal Dutch Navy and Tata Steel before moving into IT management positions at Cevag and Sara Lee/Douwe Egberts. At Sara Lee, they held roles as IT Director and Director of Employee Productivity. William then transitioned to Macaw, where they became the Group CEO, overseeing international growth and M&A strategies. Currently, they are the Director of International Business Development at Conclusion, focusing on expanding business opportunities globally.

William van der Pijl completed their VWO at Thorbecke SG in 1987. William then attended HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht from 1987 to 1991. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence at Utrecht University from 1992 to 1994.
