Donovan Sowder

Donovan Sowder currently serves as VP of Business and Legal Affairs (Corporate) at Concord, providing corporate counsel to an international music company on various legal matters, including intellectual property and compliance, while negotiating a range of business contracts. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Associate Attorney at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, where Donovan represented companies and investors in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance. Prior to that, as an Associate Attorney at Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis LLP, Donovan was involved in strategic corporate transactions and drafted key legal documents. Donovan holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Transylvania University.
