Joe Dent

Joe Dent is an experienced operations professional currently serving as SVP of Operations at Concord since December 2019, after holding the position of Vice President of D2C Operations. Previously, Joe spent a decade at Fat Beats Distribution, where responsibilities included Managing day-to-day operations, overseeing distribution, and liaising with artists and record labels as General Manager. Joe also coordinated vinyl and CD manufacturing as Production/Label Manager, ensuring quality control for over 250 music releases annually. Early career experiences include serving as Event Manager at Parking Productions, managing valet services for large events. Joe holds a BA in Music Industry, Legal Studies, and Communication from Monmouth University.
