Desmond Kittelson

Desmond Kittelson is an experienced professional in account management and operations, currently serving as the Director of Account Management at Concordia Plans since August 2015. In this capacity, Kittelson manages a national team of Account Managers to support the benefit needs of Lutheran Church Missouri Synod ministries across the United States. Previously, Kittelson held the position of Account Manager Team Lead at Concordia Plan Services and worked at Inter-State Studio & Publishing Co. as a Territory Manager, where significant improvements in customer service and operational efficiency were implemented. Kittelson also brings experience from Lifetouch National School Studios and Federated Department Stores, where responsibilities included sales oversight, operations management, and personnel management in high-revenue environments. Kittelson holds a BBA in Marketing and Management from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business.
