Lee Hyatt currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Product Solutions at Concordia Plans, with a strong background in product management, strategic planning, and compliance within the health and welfare benefits industry. Previous roles include Manager of Curated Health Model Product Delivery at Highmark Health and Senior Product Strategy Consultant, where Lee led market strategies for Onduo solutions. At GuideStone Financial Resources, Lee held multiple senior management positions, overseeing product lifecycle and compliance for employee benefits. Lee’s career began with direct support roles in mental health and developmental disabilities, followed by positions in sales and insurance adjustments. Lee holds a Master of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
