Steve Purtill

Steve Purtill currently serves as the Senior Director of Global Support and Implementation at Conductor, a position held since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Klaviyo, where responsibilities ranged from leading a team of managers overseeing over 130 support agents to implementing significant customer support initiatives and the first APAC operations. Prior to Klaviyo, Purtill was the Head of Customer Support at Qwil Powered by LSQ, where a robust customer support organization was established, improving customer satisfaction significantly. Experience also includes leadership roles in client support and services at Omada Health, and earlier positions in training and support at TargetX and various educational institutions. Purtill holds a Master of Arts from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from Sonoma State University.
