Mark Costigan

Mark Costigan is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in operational and strategic finance across various companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance at ConductorOne, Costigan has held key leadership roles at Fractal Software and CyberCube, where significant contributions included successful negotiations of venture debt agreements. Prior to these positions, Costigan was integral to the financial operations at Indio Technologies, leading to its acquisition by Applied Systems, and Edmodo, where responsibilities encompassed all finance functions during a successful acquisition by NetDragon. With a strong background in finance integration from their tenure at Google, and earlier experience at Commerce One and Kraft Foods, Costigan has consistently demonstrated a capacity for scaling finance operations and supporting strategic growth initiatives. Costigan holds an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington.
