Giles Goodburn

Giles has global responsibility for all finance, treasury, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, tax and audit at Conduent.

He’s a proven finance executive with a track record of driving business transformation and efficient finance operations in complex multi-national organizations, as well as successful leadership of teams through changing business environments.

Prior to his current role at Conduent, he served as Conduent’s Head of Investor Relations and Corporate FP&A for five years and has two decades of experience in finance and operational leadership positions including CFO of a business segment and VP of Financial Operations at Travelers, and multiple finance leadership roles, both corporate and business, at GE Capital.

Giles is a Chartered Global Management Accountant and a graduate of Kingston University in the UK, as well as a graduate of the GE Experienced Finance Leadership Program.
