Jeremiah Swank

Jeremiah Swank is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, program management, and revenue operations. Currently serving as the Customer Success Director at Trellint since February 2025, Jeremiah has held significant roles at Conduent, including Regional Delivery Manager, Senior Program Manager, and Program Manager from July 2019.
