Mark Murphy

Mark Murphy is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales leadership and business development across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President & Global Head of Sales for BPaaS at Conduent since June 2021, Mark is responsible for building and leading the global sales organization and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Previous roles include Vice President & Global Head of Sales for Customer Experience Management at Conduent, Vice President of Sales at NTT DATA, Inc., and Vice President of Global Sales at GENPACT, among others. Mark has a solid educational background, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Baylor University and completing the Executive Development Program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
