Heather Hester, MBA, EIT, has extensive experience in management and engineering within the utility and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Department Manager at Con Edison since November 2013, Heather has held various managerial roles focused on quality assurance, electric operations, and facility maintenance, implementing proactive strategies to enhance safety and operational efficiency. Additionally, Heather has contributed to organizations such as Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. since 1996 and has held senior project and asset maintenance management roles at the Port Authority of NY & NJ and FreshDirect. Educational achievements include an MBA from Iona University and ongoing studies in Organizational Leadership at Harvard University, complemented by a Civil Engineering degree from Rochester Institute of Technology.
