Mike Vaughn

Mike Vaughn has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Mike started their career at Donsco, Inc in 1994 as a Project Engineer and worked there until 1998. In 1998, they joined Conestoga Wood Specialties, Corp as a Corporate Engineering Manager and later became the Director of Corporate Engineering. Mike also worked at Conestoga Wood Specialties as the Director of Corporate Engineering and Quality starting in 2017.

Mike Vaughn has a strong education background in engineering. Mike obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering from Penn State University, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Later, they pursued their Master of Engineering (M.E.) degree in Engineering from the same university, attending from 1996 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Mike Vaughn also obtained a certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt from the ASQ (American Society for Quality) in October 2010.
