Mirthes Rugani

Mirthes Rugani is an experienced professional in the field of planning and customer service, currently serving as an Analista de Planejamento Pleno at Conexa since May 2021, where responsibilities include defining goals, consolidating results, and implementing management models and continuous improvement programs. Previously, Mirthes held roles at iMedicina - Grupo Conexa as an Assistente de atendimento ao cliente, focusing on onboarding, client support, and communication flow structuring.
