Steve Moran is a seasoned professional in real estate and construction management, currently serving as the Senior Real Estate & Construction Manager for Confie since July 2018. Previously, Steve held the position of Senior Director of Real Estate and Development at Nestle Toll House Cafe from August 2015 to July 2018, overseeing North American leasing and asset management. Other notable roles include Senior Leasing Manager at Public Storage, Senior Group Business Development Manager at General Growth Properties, and Leasing Manager at Simon Property Group. Steve’s career began at MCC Realty Group, Inc. as Associate Director, focusing on commercial real estate brokerage and property management.
