Davide Silvestre began their work experience as a Software Developer at Sapient in October 2007. Davide worked in this role until April 2009. Following this, they worked at CDRator A/S as a Technical Consultant from May 2009 until October 2017. Most recently, Davide joined Configit in December 2017 as a Senior Software Engineer.
Davide Silvestre pursued their education in computer engineering, completing their Master of Science (M.S.) degree at Università degli Studi di Firenze from 2002 to 2007. Prior to that, in 2006-2007, they briefly attended DTU - Technical University of Denmark.

Configit based on ground-breaking academic research by Professor Henrik Reif Andersen and Ph.D. Henrik Hulgaard, the company’s current CEO and CTO, respectively, as well as students at the Danish IT University and Denmark’s Technical University. Configit’s products and solutions are based on the patented technology Virtual TabulationTM, whichenables handling of complex manufacturing models with billions of potential combinations. In 2014, Configit acquired 3DFacto, which is particularly strong within visualization, solution configuration and CAD and PLM integration.
