Sigrún Ívarsdóttir has a diverse work experience starting in 2011. Sigrún began their career as a Logistics personnel at Ólgerðin Egill Skallagrímsson. In 2011, they joined Össur as a Receptionist and Travelling Assistant, and later transitioned to the role of Assistant Engineer - Process & Production Development in 2012. Sigrún then moved to Ramboll in 2014, where they worked as a Risk & Safety Engineer until 2016. Since 2016, they have been working at Configit, initially as a Configuration Engineer and currently as a Product Manager.
Sigrún Ívarsdóttir earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial Engineering from Háskóli Íslands. Sigrún attended this institution from 2008 to 2011. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Engineering Management from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, studying from 2012 to 2014.
