Cori Hardy has been working in the customer service industry since 2015. Cori began their career at Millennium Health as a Client Services Representative II, where they provided assistance to clients in interpreting drug test results and monitored specimens through LC/MS-MS Testing to the results. Cori was also Microsoft efficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. In 2019, they joined Confirm BioSciences as a Customer Service Specialist.

Cori Hardy obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and Advanced Patient Care from Grand Canyon University between 2013 and 2015.
