Alaa Salama, BCMTMS, currently serves as the Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Services Manager at Confluence Health since June 2021. Prior experience includes serving as the Pharmacy Operations Manager at MultiCare Health System, where oversight and strategic planning for 11 facilities in Washington state was provided, managing a large team of supervisors and pharmacists. Alaa also held roles at MultiCare Health System, including Ambulatory Pharmacy Operations Supervisor, and at RITE AID, starting as a Pharmacist and advancing to roles such as Pharmacy District Manager and Regional Healthcare Leader, overseeing pharmacy operations and clinical initiatives across multiple locations.
