Chris Cline possesses extensive experience in urban design and planning, currently serving as Sr. Principal and Sr. Vice President at Confluence since January 2008, with multiple office locations across major cities. Previously, Chris was the Principal and Owner of Core Design Development from October 2007 to December 2021, focusing on the development of the City of Mission's West Gateway District. Additional roles include Planning Director at Gale Communities, Design Director at HNTB's Urban Design & Planning Group, and Project Manager at Ochsner Hare & Hare. Chris began the professional career as a Landscape Architect intern at EDSA. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from Kansas State University, completed in 1992.
