Jillian W.

Jillian W. serves as the Head of Strategy & Operations for the Customer Solutions Group at Confluent since December 2020, previously holding roles as Chief of Staff for GTM and in US Public Sector Customer Success. From May 2006 to March 2021, Jillian W. served as an Army Officer, specializing in Operations Research and Systems Analysis and Military Intelligence. Additionally, experience includes a position in Intelligence Modernization at the Defense Intelligence Agency from July 2018 to December 2020 and an Assistant Professorship at the United States Military Academy at West Point, where responsibilities included directing courses in System Dynamics and Decision Analysis. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Engineering & Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, awarded in 2015, and a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research from the United States Military Academy at West Point, completed in 2006.
