Matt Shandera

Matt Shandera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and customer engagement. Currently a Senior Director at Confluent, Shandera leads efforts to unify process design, systems design, and analytics teams to enhance Go-to-Market strategies. Previously, in roles such as Customer Adoption Director and Chief of Staff at New Relic, Shandera managed a global organization supporting a significant customer base and played a pivotal role in transitioning to a new pricing model. Additional experience includes leadership positions at LCBC Church, where Shandera oversaw multiple campuses, as well as marketing and product management roles in various technology companies. Shandera holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Strategy and a B.S. in Computer Science from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
