Michael Shcherbenko

Michael Shcherbenko is a seasoned professional in client services and project management with extensive experience in data processing and system infrastructure. Currently serving as the Manager of Client Services and Senior Engagement Manager at Confluent since February 2021, Michael leads initiatives to enhance real-time application development through effective data stream management. Previously, Michael held the position of Engagement Manager at Vandis from September 2014 to January 2021, focusing on building secure systems in both on-premises and cloud environments. Earlier in their career, Michael co-owned Gentle Brew Coffee Roasters and managed operations from June 2011 to August 2014. Michael's educational background includes a Project Management Professional (PMP) Exam Prep Course from Farmingdale State College in 2017 and a B.S. in Business from Stony Brook University, completed in 2011.
