Perry Krol

Perry Krol is an experienced professional in solutions engineering, currently serving as Solutions Engineering Manager for Central EMEA at Confluent since June 2018, where the focus is on advising technology leaders in real-time event streaming for business transformation. Prior experience includes roles as a Sales Engineer at Solace Inc, architecting data movement solutions, and extensive tenure at TIBCO Software Inc., where Krol held various leadership positions including Principal Solution Architect and Head of Accelerator Engineering Group. Krol's early career features roles at Xpedior, SmartDB, Oracle, and Raet, building a strong foundation in technology consulting and systems integration. Krol holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering from Hogeschool Eindhoven.
