Rucha Fulay

Rucha Fulay is an accomplished leader in analytics and data science, currently serving as Vice President of Data at Confluent since 2025, where responsibilities include overseeing Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, and Data Engineering teams. Prior to this role, Rucha was the first Vice President of Analytics at Chime from 2022 to 2024, managing a central Data Analytics team across various departments. Rucha's experience includes significant positions at Credit Karma, where leadership of Analytics & Business Operations followed the company's acquisition by Intuit, as well as serving in advisory and director roles at Invoice2go, Electronic Arts, and Capital One. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Global Marketing Communications from Emerson College and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Pune. Additionally, Rucha was a member of the Chief organization, dedicated to empowering women executives.
