Tim Graczewski

Tim Graczewski currently serves as the Head of Confluent for Startups at Confluent, overseeing a global program designed to support early-stage companies utilizing Confluent Cloud. Prior to this role, Graczewski co-founded and served as President of Cake Technologies, Inc., where responsibility included managing business operations and leading strategy as Chief Revenue Officer. Experience also includes positions at Amazon Web Services, Nav Inc., Intuit, ISAF, Oracle, AltaVista, Booz Allen Hamilton, and the Office of the Secretary of Defense, showcasing a strong background in business development, strategic planning, and economic development. Graczewski holds an MA in International Economics and Strategic Studies from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a BA in Political Science and Economics from the University of Florida.
