Lucas Fiuza Minucci serves as the CEO of Tamco Lubrificantes, a company established over 60 years ago as a manufacturer for the Falke brand in Brazil, while also collaborating with various Brazilian and multinational firms. Additionally, Lucas is a member of the Management Board at SIMEPETRO, the largest independent lubricant blenders association in Latin America, and is involved with Confraria do Empreendedor. Lucas holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ibmec, complemented by extension courses at UCLA.
