Luís Abdalla serves as the CEO of Seja Trainee since September 2011, where responsibilities include establishing and solidifying the brand in the market, developing digital sales and marketing strategies for university students and recent graduates, and overseeing the creation of key content across multiple platforms. Abdalla has also developed the Cursoria program, integrating digital courses with live mentoring, resulting in over 1,000 graduates, and has launched the Carreira Play brand, offering various digital courses. Educational background includes a degree in Comunicação Social with a focus on brands, products, and services from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, completed from 2002 to 2005.
