Celia Fleischaker

Celia Fleischaker is an accomplished Chief Marketing Officer with extensive experience leading marketing organizations across various technology companies. Currently at Conga since July 2025, Fleischaker oversees the global marketing strategy encompassing corporate, demand, operations, and product marketing. Previous roles include CMO at isolved, where leadership focused on human capital management marketing, and at Verint, where strategies aimed to enhance customer experience through an automation platform. Prior to these positions, Fleischaker served as CMO at PROS, responsible for AI-powered SaaS solutions, and spent nearly two decades at Epicor Software Corporation, holding multiple senior marketing roles and overseeing comprehensive global marketing initiatives. Fleischaker holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Indiana University, complemented by executive education from Harvard Business School.
