Melissa Ngo-Harris

Melissa Ngo-Harris is an experienced professional in global talent acquisition with a strong track record across multiple industries. Currently serving as the VP of Global Talent Acquisition at Conga since June 2022, Melissa focuses on streamlining revenue lifecycle management. Prior to this role, Melissa held positions at Accenture as VP of Global Talent Acquisition for N3 and Global Head of Recruiting for ACN DIS Operations, as well as Sr. Director, Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Aptos Retail, where Melissa contributed to leading solutions for over 1,000 iconic retail brands. Additional experience includes talent acquisition leadership roles at Inform, Inc. and The Weather Company, along with earlier positions in recruitment and human resources at CGN Global, Veredus, and Blackwell Consulting Services. Melissa earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Illinois State University between 2001 and 2003.
