Peggy Cooper is a seasoned professional in compensation management with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Global Compensation Manager at Conga since June 2024, Peggy has previously held significant roles such as Head of Compensation for Global Programs & Operations at Organon and Senior Manager in Total Reward at Refinitiv. Notably, Peggy's career includes positions at Thomson Reuters as a Senior Compensation Analyst, an Executive Compensation Analyst at General Mills, and various roles in compensation analysis and consulting at Verisight, Lawson Software, and HealthPartners.
