Sterling Thomas

Sterling Thomas is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer success, education, and coaching. Currently serving as the Senior Customer Success Enablement Program Manager at Conga since August 2021, Sterling has previously held roles at Citrix, where responsibilities included advising on business process enhancements, creating customer adoption benchmarks, and developing success plans. Prior to these positions, Sterling was an educator at Charlotte Latin School, where significant improvements in AP Psychology scores were achieved, and at Gilman School, focusing on immersive curriculum design. Sterling's early career included teaching roles at Edmondson-Westside High School and The International School of Trieste in Italy, complemented by a strong academic foundation with a Master’s degree from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia.
