Roman Montemayor

Roman Montemayor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and engineering within the medical device industry. Currently serving as Senior QA Manager of Design Quality Engineering at CONMED Corporation since November 2016, Roman supports all quality engineering activities across the new product lifecycle and fosters leadership and talent development within the team. Previous roles include QA Site Leader and Advanced Engineering Program Manager, overseeing medical device new product introductions, mergers and acquisitions, and manufacturing transfers. Prior to CONMED, Roman held positions at Pace Industries, LLC, Medtronic, and Teleflex Incorporated, gaining valuable expertise in process engineering, project management, and validation within various manufacturing environments. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Chihuahua and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on quality from Universidad Tecmilenio.
