About Us: The Connect3 Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to empowering college students by enhancing their business networking skills and connecting them with established business leaders and experts across various industries.

Our Mission: We facilitate meaningful long-term professional relationships in students' chosen fields and enhance their understanding of personal accountability.  Our goal is to inspire and foster both personal and professional growth.

Our Approach: We engage students in meaningful interactions to broaden their mindset and strengthen their industry understanding and competencies. We offer a learning opportunity through a series of structured, progressive meetings with selected industry professionals that support continuous development beyond single introductions. With a more targeted engagement, we seek to provide students with a more in-depth understanding and clarity about introductory roles. 

Our Focus: We prioritize developing essential skills such as self-awareness and self-development with purposeful design to equip students with additional skills and perspectives to better prepare them for successful career transitions.

Our Impact: We provide students with essential career insights and understanding that can help serve as a guide to align their academic choices with their professional aspirations.  We also provide a framework for students to continue building beneficial professional relationships throughout their careers.
