Nikki Walsh has over 17 years of work experience. Nikki began their career in 2003 as an Administrator at KeyPlus Security. In 2010, they joined Kettlebell Seminars Ltd as an Office Administrator. In 2015, they moved to GuardTour (Connect Security Solutions Ltd) as Business Support. In 2017, they joined Connect Childcare, first as a Customer Success Manager, then as a Senior Customer Success Manager, and finally as Office Manager / Finance Assistant.

Nikki Walsh has a varied educational background. Nikki obtained their Level 3 Diploma in Management from Nelson and Colne College in 2018, and also holds certifications in Key Account Management from MTD Training (2021) and Diploma in Management from ILM (2018). Prior to that, they received Business Administration training from Pendle Training in 2006. Nikki attended Colne Primet High School from 1998 to 2003.
