Neil Marshall

Neil Marshall has extensive experience in physiotherapy and operations management, particularly within the NHS. Currently serving as Head of Operations and Relationship Manager at Connect Health since September 2017, Neil has played a critical role in leading the delivery and development of NHS services. Previous positions include serving as a Service Manager and Advanced Practitioner Lead, focusing on community musculoskeletal services in Nottinghamshire. Neil's earlier career involved various roles at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, including Team Leader Physiotherapist in Occupational Health and Clinical Lead Physiotherapist for MSK Outpatients. With educational foundations in Physiotherapy from Keele University and ongoing advanced practice studies at the University of Nottingham, Neil Marshall combines clinical expertise with leadership capabilities to foster innovation and improve patient outcomes.
