Fathima Sahara currently serves as a Junior AI Project Lead at Connect Resources since April 2025. Previously, Fathima worked at Synopsys Inc from June 2023 to April 2025, holding the positions of Senior AI Engineer and AI Engineer. Fathima gained experience as a Software Engineer (Contractor) and completed a Software Engineer Internship at Infinity Innovators from January 2022 to April 2023. Fathima holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with First Class Honors in Computer Engineering from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, completed in December 2023, and is pursuing a Master's degree in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at the University of Moratuwa, expected to be completed in December 2026.
