Jennifer Silver has a diverse work experience in various roles. Jennifer started their career as a Special Education Teacher at Spokane Public Schools from August 2016 to June 2017. Jennifer then worked as a Behavioral Health Technician at SSPBI Quality ABA Services from October 2017 to June 2018. Jennifer continued their teaching career as an Elementary School Teacher at the Department of Education for the Diocese of Oakland, CA from August 2018 to June 2019. Jennifer furthered their teaching experience at San Leandro Unified School District as an Elementary School Teacher from August 2019 to June 2021. Jennifer then joined Acero Schools as an Elementary School Teacher from August 2021 to June 2022. Jennifer briefly worked as a Sales Development Representative at Elevate K-12 from August 2022 to December 2022. Jennifer's most recent position was as an Operations Coordinator at Association Management Center, starting in April 2023.

Jennifer Silver attended Bishop O'Dowd High School and received their High School Diploma in 2012. Jennifer then went on to attend Gonzaga University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree with a specialization in Special Education and Teaching.
