Mike Norbut has a diverse work experience in various roles. Mike most recently served as the Vice President of Business Development for the Association Management Center since 2019. Prior to that, they worked as Vice President at McKinley Advisors for over ten years, where they focused on business development efforts and managed projects for association clients in the Chicago market. Before that, they served as a Senior Medical Writer at Sg2, where they wrote and organized health care intelligence reports for members and clients. Mike also worked as a Staff Writer for American Medical News, managing practice management articles and writing a monthly business column. Mike began their career as a Staff Writer for The Beacon-News, a part of the Sun Times Media Group.
Mike Norbut earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Notre Dame from 1992 to 1996. Mike then went on to Northwestern University, where they obtained a Master of Science in Journalism in 1997. Lastly, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Northern Illinois University between 2004 and 2007.
