Mike McAra has extensive experience leading sales and operations teams for Fortune 500 companies. Mike began their career in 2001 at Sitel as a Director and Senior Operations Manager, where they consulted and managed sales and service processes for Fortune companies. In 2007, they joined UnitedHealth Group as a Director of Operations, leading multi site operations for one of the largest sales teams in North America. In 2010, they moved to Ford Motor Company - Percepta as a Regional Operations Manager, responsible for sales and support at the national customer relationship centres. From 2013 to 2016, they were Vice President of Sales and Operations at Quattro FPO Solutions, leveraging their deep outsourcing background to improve the wealth of their customers. Most recently, they have been the Strategy and Enablement Manager at ConnectAndSell, Inc, disrupting traditional sales methodology and accelerating results through conversations.
