Roei Samuel is the co-founder and CEO of Connectd, an early-stage tech investment company. Roei has also been an angel investor for various companies and a trustee for the NEC Trust, where they invest in CleanTech and poverty alleviation projects in the third world. In addition to their work with Connectd and the NEC Trust, Roei has also been a mentor at the London School of Economics' socially conscious spin-out accelerator, LSE Generate. Roei is also a business mentor for London & Partners and Virgin StartUp.
Roei Samuel attended the University of Nottingham from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Politics. During their time at Nottingham, they were involved in activities and societies such as Nottingham Karnival, Student Adventures, and the Politics Society.
