David Lemon is an experienced professional in the field of customer insight and data strategy. Currently serving as Head of Customer Insight at Connected Data Company since February 2022, David focuses on helping clients tackle operational challenges through data analysis. As a Director and Managing Director at 331 Consultancy since January 2016, David has aided clients in leveraging internal and external data assets. Previous roles include consultant positions at Meadowbrook and Bristol Energy, where David served as Head of Credit, Collections & Vulnerability (Interim). David's notable experience in the digital technology domain was as Business Development Director at illion and Client Director at Experian, specializing in the Utilities Sector. A background as an athlete with British Rowing includes participation in World Championships and the Olympic Games. David holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Production and Operations Management from the University of Nottingham.
