Stephanie Mawdsley

Stephanie Mawdsley is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades. Since March 2019, Stephanie has been serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Connecticut Children's. Prior to this role, Stephanie held the position of Human Resources Manager at Macy's from June 2012 to March 2019 and worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Webster Bank from February 2010 to October 2011. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resource Manager at Comcast Cable from February 2007 to January 2010 and various roles at May Department Stores, including Divisional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, and Lead Sales Associate from September 1992 to February 2007. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Fairfield University, earned between 1988 and 1992.
