Jacob Stewart

Jacob Stewart is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in chemistry education and research. Currently serving as an Associate Professor of Chemistry at Connecticut College since June 2015, Jacob Stewart specializes in teaching physical, analytical, and general chemistry while conducting research in high-resolution infrared spectroscopy related to atmospheric chemistry. Prior roles include Assistant Professor of Chemistry at Emory University from July 2013 to June 2015, where Jacob Stewart also contributed to teaching undergraduate laboratory classes, and a Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from August 2008 to June 2013, focusing on high-resolution infrared spectroscopy under Ben McCall.
