Samuel Alexander

Samuel Alexander, AICP, currently serves as the Head Men's Track & Field and Cross Country Coach at Connecticut College since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles at the Southeastern Connecticut Council of Governments as Planner III and Planner II from November 2016 to September 2023, and as a Regional Project Analyst at the Northeastern Connecticut Council of Governments, where Samuel led the development of a Regional Hazard Mitigation Plan. Additional roles include Assistant Men's and Women's Track & Field/Cross Country Coach at Central Connecticut State University, an Intergovernmental Policy Intern at the State of Connecticut Office of Policy and Management, and a traffic planning project for St. Mary's Parish. Samuel holds a Master’s Degree in Geography/Urban and Regional Planning and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography/Geographic Information Systems, both from Central Connecticut State University.
